The Session Approvals Report provides a list of Session enrollment requests submitted by Learners. Administrators can use this report to review, approve, or decline requests, as well as communicate with Learners regarding their enrollment status.
The report is located in the Reports tab within the Admin Experience. Selecting Session Approvals opens the report page, where you can filter results using various data points.
Using the Session Approvals Report

Tips
Keep the following in mind when using this report:
- This report displays both active and inactive User data.
- Opening a report may apply a saved layout or a shared default organizational layout.
- You will only see data that you have permission to access.
Report Data
You can customize this report by selecting different data fields to display as columns. These fields allow you to tailor the report to your needs.

- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are included in the default report layout.
- Custom fields configured in Portal Settings are also available.

| Date Added | Displays the date the Session was created. |
| Date Edited | Displays the date the Course was last edited. |
| Date Hired | Displays the value from User Profile > Date Hired. |
| Date Terminated | Displays the value from User Profile > Date Terminated. |
| Department* | Displays the value from User Profile > Department. |
| Email Address | Displays the value from User Profile > Email Address. |
| Employee Number | Displays the value from User Profile > Employee Number. |
| External ID | Displays the value from User Profile > External ID, commonly used for integrations. |
| First Name* | Displays the value from User Profile > First Name. |
| ID | Displays the Enrollment ID for the request. |
| Job Title | Displays the value from User Profile > Job Title. |
| Language | Displays the User’s language or the system default if not set. |
| Last Name* | Displays the value from User Profile > Last Name. |

| Notes | Displays internal notes added to the Session. |
| Phone | Displays the value from User Profile > Phone. |

Report Actions
Administrators can perform actions on enrollment requests directly within the report. Available actions depend on whether a single row or multiple rows are selected.
Actions and Mass Actions
Selecting a single row displays the Actions menu, while selecting multiple rows displays the Mass Actions menu. Available options vary based on your permissions.
- Selecting one row opens the Actions menu.
- Selecting multiple rows opens the Mass Actions menu.
Note: Available actions depend on your Admin Role permissions. Contact your System Administrator if you require additional access.
Actions
These actions apply to a single selected row.

| Message User | Opens a workspace to send a message. |
| Edit User | Opens the User profile for editing. |
| Deselect | Clears the current selection. |
Mass Actions
These actions apply to multiple selected rows.

| Message Users | Sends a message to selected Users, Groups, or Departments. |
| Activate Users | Sets selected Users to Active. |

| Enroll Users | Enrolls Users into training. |
| Deselect | Clears the current selection. |

Report Roles and Permissions
Access to the Session Approvals Report depends on your assigned Admin Role permissions. Your organization may use customized roles.
If you require additional access, contact your System Administrator.
