Tasks Report

The Tasks Report provides you with a list of Tasks that Learners have submitted for review. You are able to use this Report administratively to manage those Task submissions, message Learners regarding their Tasks, view old Task submissions, etc.

The Tasks Report is located in the Reports tab on the left side of the Admin Interface. Selecting the Report name will redirect you to the Tasks Report page. From here, you can filter results based on a variety of data points.

  1. Access the Admin Interface of your Absorb LMS portal.

  2. Select the Reports icon from the left hand side.

  3. Select the Tasks Report from the Reports menu.

Tips
  • The Tasks Report includes both active and inactive User data.
  • Be mindful that opening a Report may also bring up a favorite Saved Layout, or a shared default organizational Report Layout.
  • You will only see data that you have access to view. For example, data from Learners that an Admin does not have permission to view will not be included in their report.

  • Assignment
  • Certificate
  • Self-Reported

These Task Types are no longer selectable/configurable. When a Task is created in the system, it is considered to be the Simple type for all reporting purposes.
