User Enrollments provide Admins access to view and manage all enrollments for a specific User. Admins can use this report to manager a User's enrollments, including editing, adding and re-enrolling in training.
The User Enrollments Report can be found in the Users menu of the Admin Experience. Clicking on the report name will redirect you to the User Enrollments Report page, where you can choose the User you want to review by selecting their name from the drop-down menu of the User pop-up.
Absorb takes performance seriously, so we group large volumes of changes together and process them at 10 minute intervals more efficiently than one-at-a-time.
This has the potential to introduce a short delay before you see the results but ensures that your portal is more responsive to one-off Admin actions and Learner activities.
User Enrollment Report
You can navigate to the User Enrollment Report by selecting a User from the User Administration page. On the report page, you will see that the results are already filtered by the previously selected User. You can use the carat icon next to each column header to sort the data by that column in either ascending or descending order.
The page will launch using the standard Report layout where an Admin can:
- Manage Enrollments
- Create new Enrollments
- Re-enroll the User
- Un-enroll the User
- View Historic Enrollments
Report Data
You can customize this report to provide information on any data points listed below.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) symbol are included in the Report's default layout.
- Custom fields configured in your portal settings will also be available.
- Remember that opening a report may also include a favorite saved layout or a shared default organizational report layout.

Days until Due |
This column displays the number of days until the enrollment record is due. A negative numeric value will present after the due date has passed. |

Enable for Mobile App |
This column displays the current configuration of the Enable for Mobile App toggle of the Course the User is enrolled in. Note: The Enable Mobile App toggle must be enabled in Portal Settings in order to view this option. |

This column displays the current value of the Learner Cost field of the Course’s Settings > Attributes section. |

This column displays the User's overall grade for completing the training. Note: Within an Online Course, the Admin has the ability to set a weighted average for each Lesson that has a Score. This determines the overall score percentage. |

This column displays the Title of the Session the User selected within an Instructor Led Course. |

This column displays the current state of the User's enrollment in the Online Course.

Including Equivalent Courses
If Course Equivalency has been enabled for the Portal, then this Refinement Filter can be used to display Equivalent Courses associated with the Course selected in the Course Filter.

Admins must have Generated Reports in their Role, in order to export data to Excel or CSV on any Administration page or Report page.

Report Actions and Mass Actions
After generating a Report, you can perform administrative actions. Commands to modify Report data become available once the checkbox of a table row item is selected (checked). The menu is displayed on the right-hand side of the page. This menu is context-sensitive. The available options for Actions and Mass Actions will change depending on the content you are selecting.
- An individual row selection will open the Actions menu.
- Multiple row selections will open the Mass Actions menu.
Action options depend on your Admin Role permission(s). Some actions in the table below may not be available to all Admins. If you have questions related to your permission set, please contact your local System Admin for details.
