How Many Custom Fields Can I Add To My Portal?

Clients are able to add the following Custom Fields to their Portal from the Custom Fields section of the Edit Client page. A System Admin accesses this page by clicking the Portal Settings button.

The limits for Custom Fields are as follows:

  • Up to 30 TEXT fields
  • Up to 5 TRUE/FALSE fields
  • Up to 5 NUMBER or DECIMAL fields
  • Up to 5 DATE fields or DATE & TIME fields
