Troubleshooting
This section contains information that relates to tips and tricks to better interact with the Amplify Plus content.
Launching HSI-Vivid Courses
For Courses from publisher HSI-Vivid, we understand there can be confusion and there is a specific process Learners must follow in order to retain progress on their Courses. We are in process on improving the Course functionality.
In the meantime, here are helpful tips on how to navigate the Course. On launch, the Courses will prompt a screen providing directions to click the blue X to save progress – this is required to retain Learner progress and complete the content. Pressing the red Save and Close button will not retain Learner progress or mark completion in the Course. To ensure progress is saved and resumed properly, use the blue X button to record progress, and Exit Course button to close the Course.
We are working with the Course publisher to update this in future versions.
