The Skills Profile is the new main landing page when the Learner selects their Profile from the Dashboard and/or the main menu. As the Learner progresses through their Skills journey, this page will be updated with their progress, activity, and metrics. There are several main tiles that make up the Skills Profile, which are detailed below.
In order to help draw the user’s attention - we have added the New badge over the Profile icon, as well as on the empty-state tile. This badge will be removed in the future, likely towards the end of the Beta period.
Learning Path Overview
The Learning Path Overview tile tracks overall progress of the Learner for their Learning Path, based on what they selected as their desired role. Progress is calculated based on the number of courses completed vs. total number of courses selected for the Learning Path.
The View button will open the Learning Path modal, where they can browse Courses they have already added and enroll in or start those courses, remove courses, or find additional courses to add.
From the dropdown menu, the Learner can display their Skills Assessment history. This will show the Learner all previous Self-Assessments that they have completed and the Ratings that were associated with all of the relevant Job Skills at that time.
Once a Learning Path is complete (completed courses = total added courses), the banner’s state will change on the page.
Even when a Learning Path is complete, this doesn’t mean that the Learner is unable to continue to add more courses - the Learning Path will never lock the Learner out until they start a new Self-Assessment.
My Learning Path Courses
The My Learning Path ribbon displays the courses added to Learning Path in similar manner as a ribbon on the LE Dashboard and provides a quick way to enroll in or start a selected course.
Training Time
The Training Time tile displays total time spent by the Learner on upskilling as well as breakdown of time spent on each Job Skill.
The color variables chosen for this tile were intentionally adapted to a high-contrast palette to ensure we’re meeting requirements for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and therefore will not adapt to theme or template changes.
Learning Path Progress
The Learning Path Progress tile displays the breakdown of Progress that Learner has made on each Job Skill. Progress is tracked based on number of courses completed for a given Job Skill vs. number of courses added in that given Job Skill.
The View button redirects users to Learning Path modal with the view filtered for their selected Job Skill and allows them to add more courses for that section. If the Learner adds more courses to their Learning Path, the progress bar is updated accordingly.
Learning Path Activity
The Learning Path Activity tile displays a log of learner activity in the context of the current Learning Path. These events will also be shown in the regular My Activity feed amongst the Learner’s other LMS activities.
List of events shown:

Edit Skills
Learners can update the rating of their Job Skills at any time by clicking Edit Skills button on the Skills Profile page.
The Edit Skills modal displays list of all Job Skills assigned to the Desired Role selected by the Learner during the Self-Assessment. The list contains both focus Job Skills as well as Additional Job Skills that were added by the Learner in their Self-Assessment.
For each Job Skill, the most recent Rating information that shows how the Learner rated themselves against the level required for their selected Desired Role.
If no Rating update has been made, the initial Rating from the Self-Assessment will be displayed.
If a Learner updated their rating previously (via this modal or the one of the Job Skill Complete modals), then that rating is what will be shown.
An asterisk (*) above the star rating indicates the required level for the Learner to achieve benchmark proficiency for their Job Goal.
Updating the Ratings does not impact the Learning Path progress.
The Learner can complete the Learning Path without updating the rating for any Job Skills.
