Troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue when attempting to login to the Absorb Learn Mobile App. review the following:
- Make sure the spelling of your LMS URL is correct. Entering the incorrect LMS URL will result in an error that indicates: "The URL doesn't seem to be a valid LMS URL. Please double check your entry and try again".
- If you encounter this error, but are certain the LMS URL you have entered is correct. This may indicate there is an SSL certificate issue with the LMS URL.
