A Background Image refers to a design configuration where an image file is set behind the tiles, text and headers of the Portal. Using a Background Image is a common way to customize a Portal or Department Template.
To add a Background Image follow these steps:
- Access the Admin Experience.
- Open the Setup menu from the left-hand side of the Admin Interface.
- From the Setup menu click Templates.
- Select a Template from the list. Alternatively, create a new Template if one does not exist for the Department.
- With a Template selected, click Edit Template from the right-hand side Actions menu.
- Under the Private Dashboard tab, expand the Advanced section by clicking it.
- Browse for an image file to use as the Background Image.
