This update introduces the Absence = Failure toggle for Instructor Led Courses (ILCs), improving data accuracy by ensuring Learners marked as Absent are not incorrectly displayed as Complete. For more information about this feature:
Absence = Failure Toggle for ILCs
A new toggle is available for Instructor Led Courses that allows Admins to treat Learner absences as failures.
When enabled, Learners who are marked as Absent will no longer appear as having completed the Course, ensuring attendance status is accurately reflected in completion data and reporting.
