This update improves date precision on the Certificate Upload page by adding a time picker to the Issued Date and Expiration Date fields.

The following change improves how Learners and Admins capture Certificate timing on when managing a Certificate Upload.

Certificate Upload Page

This update adds time-of-day precision to Certificate date entry:

• Time picker added to Issued Date and Expiration Date: The Issued Date and Expiration Date fields on the Certificate Upload page now include a time picker, letting you record the exact time alongside the calendar date.
• More accurate certificate records: Capturing time-of-day improves accuracy for Certificates with same-day issue or expiration windows and aligns submitted records with the timestamps shown in reporting.
