All Regions:28th of May 2026
A Note: Deployment timelines are as per the release timelines above. New features may take up to one week to become available in your environment after deployment.

This release adds the Show Historic Enrollments for Courses with no active Enrollments toggle, available in the Settings tab when editing a Department Template. When enabled, Learners will see historic enrollment records on their Transcript for Courses when no current active enrollment exists, giving a more complete view of past training activity.

New Features

This section describes the new toggle added to the Settings > Profile section of Department Templates.

For more information on configuring the Settings tab for Department Templates, see:

Show Historic Enrollments for Courses with No Active Enrollments

A new toggle, Show Historic Enrollments for Courses with no active Enrollments, has been added to the Profile section under Department Templates > Settings. This toggle is disabled by default and only becomes visible once the Show Inactive Courses and Historic Enrollments on Transcript toggle has been enabled.

When enabled, historic enrollment records will appear on the Learner transcript for any Course where the Learner does not currently hold an active enrollment. This allows Learners to view a complete history of their past training without requiring a current active enrollment to be present.

Prerequisites

The Show Historic Enrollments for Courses with no active Enrollments toggle is only visible when Show Inactive Courses and Historic Enrollments on Transcript is enabled. Enable that toggle first before proceeding.

To enable this setting, follow these steps:

  1. From the Admin Experience, open the Setup menu and click Templates.
