This release launches role-based access for Aura Admin Assist.
This update introduces role-based access to Aura Admin Assist through a new permissions option in role creation. System Administrators can specify whether an Admin has access to Aura Assist by using the Aura Admin Assist permission when creating a Custom Role.
Access to Aura Admin Assist is currently controlled by a toggle in Client Settings, where all Admins have access to Aura Assist if this toggle is enabled. This update provides System Administrators with greater flexibility in assigning access to Aura Admin Assist through a new permissions options.
This option is available when creating a new Custom Admin Role. System Administrators can disable the Aura Admin Assist permission under the Special permissions, and assign Admins who do not require access to Aura Admin Assist to this role.
