When scheduling reports to be delivered, you are able to select a Frequency for the report to be generated and distributed via email. This article discusses the Frequency options and when they deliver Scheduled Reports after configuration.
Once the Email Report has been turned ON, the first setting to configure is Frequency.
The options present for Frequency are as follows:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Semi-Monthly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-Annually
- Annually
Each Frequency, when selected, causes the Scheduled Report to deliver at a different time. The following table indicates when each Frequency will begin generating a report for email distribution:

When you select Daily as the Frequency the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 every day. |
Weekly |
When you select Weekly you will also be asked to select Day. The Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the selected Day of the Weekly Frequency. |
Semi-Monthly |
When you select Semi-Monthly the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the first, and fifteenth day of every month. |
Monthly |
When you select Monthly the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the first day of every month. |
Quarterly |
When you select Quarterly the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the first day of January, April, July and October every year. |
Semi-Annually |
When you select Semi-Annually the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the first day of January and July every year. |
Annually |
When you select Annually the Scheduled Report will begin generation at 00:01 on the first day of January every year. |
Scheduled Reports Generation Time
While the Scheduled Reports begin generation at the times mentioned above, due to many factors, such as traffic on the server, it may take up to one hour for Scheduled Reports to be received by Users in their email inbox.
For performance purposes, the schedule may be adjusted to accommodate system load at any time.

- US

In addition to the above. I see we can select Daily as option. If we schedule it for daily when does the report be delivered.
