Absorb Academy is a comprehensive training Portal for your Administrators to learn about the basic features & functionality of the Absorb Learning Management System. It features the Absorb LMS Administrator Training Curriculum, as well as tutorials, quick guides and release training.
Absorb Academy is a separate Portal. The login from your Portal provides easy access for all LMS Admins. If you are having issues logging in, please reach out to your client services contact, or log a ticket with Absorb Support.

To log in to Absorb Academy, follow these steps:
- Access your Absorb LMS Portal as an Administrator.
- Navigate to the Admin Experience in your Portal.
- Open the Help & Support menu by clicking the dialogue box icon at the top right of the Admin Interface.
- From the Help & Support menu select Absorb Academy. This action will automatically log you into the Absorb Academy Portal via Single Sign On (SSO).
First Time Access
When you attempt to access Absorb Academy for the first time you will be prompted to log in using the Email Address associated with the Administrator account of your Portal.
A one-time code will be sent to your Email Address to verify your login. You will be required to enter the code sent to your email to gain access to Absorb Academy. If your Email Address was not validated, you will be asked to fill out a form with your information before continuing.
