Fully unenrolling a User from a Curriculum means removing their enrollment in the Curriculum and, where applicable, their enrollments in the Courses within it. Admins manage this from either the User Enrollments or Course Enrollments report in the Admin Experience.
Unenroll a User From a Curriculum
Use the Course Enrollments report to unenroll one or more Users from a Curriculum. To manage all training for a single User instead, use the User Enrollments report. Both reports replace the manual, per-enrollment process that was previously required.
The Course Enrollments report provides access to view and manage enrollments for Curricula and the Courses within them. Open the report from the Courses menu, filter for and select the Curriculum, select the Users you want to remove, then click Un-enroll Users via the righthand side Actions menu. For the full steps, see Course Enrollments.
To work from a single User instead, open the User Enrollments report from the Users menu, filter for the User, select the User's Curriculum enrollment, then click Un-enroll the User. For the full steps, see User Enrollments.
For information on how a Learner can remove their own Curriculum enrollment, see Learner Un-Enrollment.
Un-enrolling a User from a Curriculum does not automatically remove their enrollments in the Courses within it. To fully remove the User, un-enroll them from the Curriculum, then un-enroll them from any of its Courses that still appear in the report.
