This release adds exciting new features and improvements to Absorb Aura, allowing Global Resources sync, greater insight into Credit Usage and Chat Logs, and Conversation History management for Administrators. 

New features rolling out to Absorb Aura this release include Global Resources, Credit Usage Widgets, and Chat Logs.

Global Resources

Administrators can sync their organization's Global Resources with the Aura Learner Agent, allowing Aura to reference the Global Resources when answering Learner questions.

Credit Usage by Resource

Administrators can view Aura credit usage by resource through Widgets on the Admin Hub Dashboard. Admins can add three different Widgets to track credits: Credit usage - Aura Create, Credit usage - Aura Learner, and Credit usage - Course extraction.

Chat Logs

System Administrators can view Aura chats for Learners they manage through the Aura Chats report, accessed through the Users report in the Absorb LMS. Admins can filter the report to review conversations from a specific AI Agent, and export selected conversations to a CSV file for review.

Existing features receiving updates this release include Conversation Management for Aura Admin Assist.

Aura Admin Assist Conversation Management

Administrators can review their previous Admin Assist conversations through the Chat history panel in the Aura conversation panel. Admins can search for or delete previous conversations and use the Hide history button to return to the conversation panel.

Conversation history is limited so that Admins can only view their own Admin Assist chats.
