This article explains how System Admins can review a User's Absorb Aura conversations using the Aura Chats report. It covers how to access the report, what data is available, how to filter results, and how to export a conversation for offline review.
Report Availability

The Export chat logs permission allows Admins to export logs of Aura conversations for offline review. Certain roles have these permissions enabled by default. Custom Roles can be configured to include these permissions.

More information about Default Admin Roles and these permissions can be found in the Admin Roles & Permissions article.
Access the Aura Chats Report
The Aura Chats report is accessed from the Users report and is scoped to a single selected User.
In the Admin Experience, follow these steps:
- Click the Users tile in the left-hand menu, and select Users to open the Users Report.
- Select the row for the User whose Aura conversations you want to review.
- Click View Aura Chats in the Actions menu.
The Aura Chats report opens, prompting the Admins to select from either the Admin or Learner Experience. Once an experience is selected, the report displays that User's Aura chat sessions as individual line items.

- Open the Aura Chats report for the desired User.
- Select one or more chat session rows.
- Click Export Chat Logs.
- Open the downloaded file to review the full conversation, including the sender, message content, timestamp, and any tool results.
Report Limitations
The following limitations apply to the Aura Chats report.
- Report data respects the Admin's existing user management scope. Users outside that scope do not appear in the report or the report exports.
- Admins can view and export chat sessions but cannot delete or modify them.
- Admins can view their own Aura Admin Assist chats through the report but cannot view other Admins' Aura Admin Assist chats.
There is currently no in-app view of a full conversation. Conversations are reviewed through the CSV export.

Admins with the correct Aura Chats permissions can add Widgets to view Aura Chats data on their Dashboard.
The following Widgets provide insight into Aura Chats:
