Users that enroll in Courses on the Absorb LMS are called Learners.. These Learners will primarily interact with the Learner Experience within the LMS, which is a customizable dashboard housing trainings, their Transcript, Resources, along with a suite of other options that can be configured for the Learner Experience. This article contains helpful links which can be reviewed to learn more about the different components of the Learner Experience.
Dashboards
The main homepage of the Learner Experience is referred to as the Dashboard. Admins have the capability of fully customizing this page on a per Department level, meaning the visual aspect of it can vary from Learner to Learner.

My Courses & Catalog
Within the Learner Experience, Courses can be accessed from two pages. To access Courses a Learner is already enrolled in, they would utilize the My Courses page. Learners can access the Courses they are already enrolled in through the My Courses page. Both can be accessed using the hamburger menu icon present in the top right of the Learner Experience, or by Tiles present on the Dashboard, if configured.

Messages & Community
Absorb offers a wide variety of Message Template types, all of which can be customized via a built-in editor or HTML. These Messages are sent to Users for a variety of use cases, and can be found within the Learner Experience by navigating to the Messages icon on the top right corner of the interface.

Resources
Within the LMS, there are two types of Resources available for use. The first is a Course Resource, which is an asset uploaded at the Course level. The second is a Global Resource, which is an asset uploaded directly to the LMS itself. Global Resources can be accessed by Learners from within the Learner Experience, by navigating to the hamburger menu in the top right > Resources.

Profile
Within the Learner Experience, Users are able to view and edit their own information within the LMS by navigating to the hamburger menu in the top right > Profile. On this page, they're able to alter the information present by clicking the Edit Profile button.

Transcript
Learners are able to view a log of their existing Enrollments, completed Courses, and awarded Certificates by navigating to their User Transcript within the Learner Experience. This can be found using the menu icon on the top right of the Learner Interface Dashboard. Admins are also able to access User Transcripts from the Admin Experience.
