Scheduled Enrollments - Adding Curricula and Course Bundles

Admins can set it and forget it! This automation saves time by eliminating manual work. Now, in addition to Online Courses, Admins can automatically push Users into Curricula and Course Bundles!

Scheduled Enrollments - Custom Date Support for Enrollment Triggers

Previously, scheduling was limited to relative dates like Date Hired or Date Terminated. With this update, Admins can now select any custom date field assigned to a User (e.g., Promotion Date) as a trigger for Enrollment. This functionality is available across all Course types—including Online Courses, Curricula, and Course Bundles—providing much greater flexibility for aligning learning with key milestones.

The LMS now offers improved Course conversion capabilities with automated time calculation and language detection features for clients who have purchased Absorb content.

New Time to Complete Mode

Admins can now set Time to Complete using Lesson Duration, which adds up the duration of all 3rd-party lessons (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) for display to Learners.

• Set during conversion or via Course Editor.
• Supports bulk editing.
• Improves accuracy for vendor library content.

Automatic Language Detection

The LMS now detects Course Language during content conversion by analyzing titles and descriptions.

• Reduces manual tagging.
• Enhances Learner discoverability.
