This quarter, we’re empowering Administrators with enhancements that streamline workflows, improve data consistency, and expand configuration flexibility across Absorb LMS. New capabilities simplify day-to-day management and strengthen system integrations, helping teams drive impact with less manual effort.
All these enhancements are part of Absorb LMS version 5.127.0, designed to help our customers deliver impact, not just manage processes.
These new features offer increased flexibility for managing learning programs and stronger connections between Absorb LMS and external systems. Updated ILC tools, improved Skills workflows, and real-time data syncing help organizations deliver learning experiences that are both consistent and scalable.

Add “Cancel” Option for Instructor-Led Course Sessions
This feature will be released at the following dates per region:
AU: 3rd of February 2026, 9:00am
EU: 4th of February 2026, 3:00pm
CA: 5th of February 2026, 8:00pm
US: 5th of February 2026, 8:00pm
