Ensure the LMS can handle a large number of Users from various organizations. You may wish to review your Department structure, usage of Groups, and how many Administrators you have to support your Portal.

 

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Support multiple organizations within a single LMS instance, each with its own branding and User management. This may be implemented through the usage of unique Department Templates with custom design elements.

 

Integration with HR Systems

Ensure seamless integration with corporate HR and ERP systems for streamlined User management. You may want to consider one of the Integrations offered by Absorb:

 

Reporting and Analytics

Provide detailed reports on employee progress and Course completion rates. This may take the form of Scheduled Reports that are regularly emailed to specific recipients.

 

Customizable User Roles
